Welcome to BOLI (accessible at https://bolii.netlify.app). By accessing our website, placing a bid (boli), or using our digital marketing service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

BOLI is an interactive, digital bidding billboard and marketing platform designed for startups, founders, creators, and companies. Bidders pay an incremental amount (starting at ₹1) to claim the #1 spotlight crown and permanent placement on the public leaderboard.

2. Bidding Rules & Price Escalation

Each valid bid increases the current board price by exactly ₹1 (One Indian Rupee).
The highest successful bidder immediately claims the #1 Crown spot on the live board and ticker.
All bids placed are permanently recorded on the public historical ledger.

3. Content & Trademark Guidelines

Users must submit accurate company/founder names and legitimate website URLs. Submissions must not contain:

Defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or offensive content.
Infringing trademarks or intellectual property you do not own or have permission to represent.
Malicious links, phishing sites, or prohibited business activities.

We reserve the right to remove any violating content without refund.

4. Payments & Transactions

All payments are securely processed in INR (₹) through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. By placing a bid, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method (UPI, NetBanking, Cards).

5. Limitation of Liability

BOLI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, network delays, or third-party banking downtime.
